2022 has barely begun, but at Katrina Hampton we are already hitting the ground running. This year is shaping up to be one of our most incredible and exciting to date.
Our website has been given a significant makeover this January, promising to be more user friendly and more informative than ever before. Here were give a quick overview of the changes that we have made, along with a sneak-peek at what is still to come over the new few months.
Website Navigation
Although our products have never been too difficult to find, we have spent a lot of time talking about how we can make things easier still. As of today we are announcing three new collections: the Luxe Collection, the Style Collection and the Opulence Collection. All of the products that you know and love have been placed into one of these new groups.
Additional posts will be released in the coming days extolling the virtues of each collection, but this new addition should help you to quickly and easily find products of similar style and quality. In this way, you can choose exactly the right complimentary designs when making your interior design choices.
Product Information
The team have gone above and beyond this year to put together more comprehensive information about our products. We hope that this helps you to understand exactly what makes Katrina Hampton soft furnishings and home accessories so unique. The greatest of care has been put into manufacturing every throw, blanket, cushion and bean bag that we sell – we are more committed than ever to ensuring that just as much care goes into helping you make the right choice.
The images throughout our website have also been updated. Larger and higher resolution, the quality and attention to detail that goes into every one of our soft furnishings should be clearer to see.
Some back-end improvements have also been made to our sampling facilities. As we not only sell, but also manufacture, our soft furnishings and accessories, we are in a unique position to provide fabric swatches of (almost) everything on our website. Samples can be requested on individual product pages.
Trade Accounts
Our website has been a popular avenue for trade and wholesale customers in the past, but it has always proven difficult to balance the different requirements of these customers against our public user experience. We are delighted to announce that as of February trade customers will have a dedicated website of their own.
Trade accounts from before this date have been moved over, but going forward new accounts can only be set up by request to our sales team. Typically such accounts will require you to have placed at least one pro-forma order with our team in the past. Please contact us for more information.
Previous account holders can login as usual at https://trade.katrinahampton.co.uk, using your old password.
Lifestyle Section
We have introduced a brand-new lifestyle section, which we will use to keep you updated on new products and website changes. You are reading our first post now, in fact! This area of our website will also feature advice and helpful information on how to best use and care for our products, ensuring that you get the most out of your investment.
The Year Ahead…
Although we have already made some fantastic changes, we have no plans to stop there.
Over the next few months we have some new and exciting products pipeline, as well as new designs of current ranges. Whilst we cannot share any details just yet, we will also be bringing back some old but discontinued favourites as we improve our manufacturing facilities.
We will also be integrating our website with Feefo, a customer review aggregator, and inviting customers to share their thoughts on our service and our products. This will help us to make informed decisions on how best to improve going forward, in turn making Katrina Hampton a better experience for everyone.
